STRC jobs

AlphaFold 3 job configs and outputs for the STRC / DFNB16 research program. Heavy data — kept here, not inside the Brain vault, because:

CouchDB / Obsidian LiveSync mirrors ~/Knowledge/Brain/ — the protein .zip archives (15–30 MB each, dozens of them) would balloon CouchDB and make sync impractical.
Missions/STRC is NOT in the LiveSync path, so files here are safe from accidental cross-replication to iPhone / iCloud / Brain backups.
Job outputs are reproducible from the input .json files via AlphaFold 3 — this is cache, not source-of-truth.

How to consume in Brain

If a fold result becomes load-bearing for a hypothesis, extract the relevant figure / structure file and link it from a Brain note via path:

Don’t copy entire .zip into the vault. Cite the path; let the heavy data live here.
