h03 — AF3 ultra-mini-STRC multimer validation (PLANNED)
Problem. Mini-STRC candidates need multimer state check under AF3 before committing to wet-lab constructs. Method (planned). AF3 multimer runs on top-3 mini-STRC variants. Metric: ipSAE across interface + PAE distribution. Verdict gate. GREEN if ipSAE > threshold across ≥2 orthogonal constructs.
