STRC h01 State Audit 2026-04-26

h01 remains scientifically coherent after the 2026-04-26 compute burst. The load-bearing result is now explicit: v5.2 kinetic-selectivity rescue failed empirically on TRPM4, so the next falsifiable branch is v5.3 sulfonamide within-target tauRAMD before any further cross-target claim.

Findings

  1. Fixed now — hub/log stale vs Phase 5m TRPM4 proof. [[STRC h01 Phase 5m TRPM4 Cross-Target tauRAMD 2026-04-26]] delivered tau_TRPM4/tau_STRC = 1.08-1.52x, failing the >5x kinetic-selectivity gate. h01/index.md still said TRPM4 tauRAMD was launched/pending; h01/log.md had no closure entry. Both are now reconciled.

  2. Fixed now — axis typo in TRPM4 proof. The proof’s ranking delta said mech 3 / deliv 4; hub truth is mech 4 / deliv 3. Corrected to mech 4 / deliv 3 / misha_fit 4.

  3. Open — graph hygiene. brain-lint.py reports h01 broken links in hub/log/proofs, mostly draft aliases and moved notes: Autoresearch Adaptation for STRC Computational Research, h01 Phase 7I v52 Combined Boltz-2 Analysis 2026-04-26, STRC Paper Draft Outline, STRC h01 Phase 7H Boltz-2 NSAID Validation 2026-04-25, Vina Ligand Prep -- Gasteiger Zero-Anion Artifact and Dimorphite-Meeko Fix, and several DR shorthand links.

  4. Open — frontmatter normalization only. scripts/normalize_phase_frontmatter.py --only h01 dry-run: 51 phase notes audited, 13 would change, 0 need human verdict, 0 need human excerpt, 0 missing ## Ranking delta. This is safe mechanical cleanup, not science.

  5. Open — Dataview snapshots. scripts/dataview_prerender.py --check wanted updates for hypotheses/h01-pharmacochaperone/index.md, hypotheses/index.md, and Dashboard.md. This pass updated the h01 hub and global hypotheses index only; Dashboard remains a broader vault-level cleanup.
