h07 OHC efficiency extrapolation

No published OHC prime editing data exists as of 2026-04. Plausible range for h07: 15–40% based on:

  • Lower bound: Anzalone 2019 neurons 7.1% (PE2, sorted, lentiviral — not fully representative)
  • Mid range: Roman 2025 cardiomyocytes ~35% (PE4, ex vivo)
  • Upper bound: Davis 2024 cortex 42% (dual-AAV v3em, in vivo)

This extrapolation is explicitly flagged in h07 as unverified. Key unknown: OHC-specific AAV transduction efficiency with the dual-AAV split-PE architecture.
